The refurbished Village Hall in Great Canfield won the seal of approval from the local community on Saturday, 6th September 2025 as residents came together at a special celebration event.

There was plenty of food and drink on offer along with face painting for children.

Great Canfield Parish Council Chair, Cllr Ginny Barlow said:

It was wonderful to see so many residents from across Great Canfield turn out to support the re-opening of our refurbished Village Hall.

This building can now continue to be at the centre of our community for many years to come.

People in Great Canfield have a modern venue for every type of occasion from Christenings to birthday parties and village events.
